Arctic Adventure

Wrigley field.  Had to get this one fast as lots of people we starting to show up for an afternoon game.

Lake Michigan.  Chicago is a really awesome place.

I didn't make it to Sioux Falls today because I was just too tired.  Rather than push it, I stopped at Albert Lea, MN - about 200 miles short.  Also, I'm breaking a rule.  I'm staying at a Best Western rather than camping - there goes my budget for the day.  I'm trying to do this trip on no more than $100 a day - including gas.  However, on average, over all the days I'm still on budget.

Tomorrow I ride to Pierre, SD and meet the director of the charity I'm riding for (The South Dakota Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault).  They work with Native American women who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault (hence, their name).  If you want to donate to the cause, there's a button on their homepage.

Also, I should thank the good guys over at Revzilla again for allowing me to post here, it should help get out the word about the cause I'm riding for.

1,168 miles down, 9,202 miles to go.
