The Firstgear Mesh Tex Jacket has been a staple of our lineup for hot weather riding within the sport touring, touring, and ADV touring segments since its inception a couple years back. There is double-layered fabric in the shoulders of elbows that provides abrasion resistance to complement the impact protection provided by the CE rated armor in the same areas. There is double stitching in most areas of this jacket to add stability and strength to the seams and EVA foam back pad can be upgraded to a CE protector for additional back armor.
