Fieldsheer High Temp Clothing: Hot Threads for the Heat!

Continuing the push into the growing market of Adventure Touring gear, Fieldsheer has a new warm-weather addition to their 2013 apparel lineup. A serious contender for a multi-season riding jacket, the High Temp Jacket and Pants offer smoking good looks, value and versatility.

More and more riders - from Dual Sport to commuters - are looking for a jacket and pants that can work as well in the spring and fall as during the summer. The Fieldsheer High Temp Jacket is looking to appeal to this demographic. The High Temp is constructed from highly abrasion resistant Polytitanium mesh with 500 denier Maxtena-Pro in the high impact areas and comes complete with CE-approved armor in the shoulders, elbows and back. For brisk or wet early and late season mornings, it features a two-stage waterproof and breathable liner with Nanomax plus an insulated liner. On warmer days, both liners are removable to enjoy the cooling airflow that only a mesh jacket can deliver so well. A micro-fleece padded collar adds comfort
while Reflective Phoslite piping aids visibility when riding
on grey fall mornings.

The Fieldsheer High Temp Pants are designed to attach to the jacket with a sewn on connection zipper. Built from the same Polytitanium mesh with 500 denier Maxtena-Pro in the knees and seat, these pants will offer the same excellent ventilation on warm days. The removable CE-approved knee armor has 3-step adjustable knee armor pockets to make sure the protection is where you need it. A full-length side leg zipper makes entry a breeze, and a matching removable waterproof liner means your bottom half will be just as dry as your upper half. Stretch panels above the knees, crotch and thighs mean that an upright Adventure rider will be just as comfortable as a commuter on a Sport Touring machine.

It is very refreshing to see that FS avoided the temptation to make the Fieldsheer Women’s High Temp Jacket pink with purple butterflies and other ghastly graphics that some manufactures think are required on womens’ gear. There is nothing to visually differentiate the Women’s jacket from the Men’s version. The construction and features are identical to the Men’s version, making it equally capable and anatomically correct.

Fieldsheer has got you covered for the upcoming fall weather. If you only ride on sunny summer days and want to stretch your riding season out by a few months, the Fieldsheer High Temp Jacket & Pants are definitely worth a look, especially at the hot price.
