Dainese Nico D-Dry Jacket Review

The Dainese Nico is Italian inspired jacket with a sport/city look.  With crisp, clean lines, its high-tenacity polyamide fabric is water-resistant and breathable. A removable, thermal lining and breathable, waterproof D-Dry membrane makes it a great three season selection. The sleeves have highly stylized reflectivity panels with CE-rated armor in the shoulders and elbows.

Rubberized buttons down the front prevent tank scratches. A microfiber, wicking thermal collar adds protection and warmth. The D-Dry flap in front keeps water from getting into the zipper. The jacket has vents in front at the shoulders, across the back and back sides. There are two waterproof outside pockets and pockets for additional armor. The shell itself has a water repellence treatment to offer the lightest weight with quick drying time, working in conjunction with the Gore membrane. Protectionwise, the Theodore D-Dry comes with composite protectors certified to the CE standard, an abrasion and tear resistant high-tenacity polyamide shell, and reflective inserts for visibility. It contains a D-Dry waterproof breathable membrane laminated to the outer fabric that creates an excellent waterproof seal but allows breathability with quick drying in case of rain. It also has a storm flap over the main closure to prevent leakage and a waterproof napoleon pocket tucked in to the front chest. There is a removable hood to keep you dry and warm as well as a removable thermal liner to be used in colder temperatures. For your comfort, they have included adjustment possibilities for the sides and cuffs and waist elasticated inserts.
