Brand new for spring 2012, the Fox Racing Instinct Boots are the new top of the heap for MX boots from Fox. Fox utilized the able assistance of the GOAT of MX, Ricky Carmichael, the new Fox Instinct Boots are utilizing some new technologies previously unseen in Fox boots. Their new hinge system provides excellent lateral support and requires almost no break in time. There is a rubber hinge cover and a rubber burn guard that provide excellent grip against the bike. These boots are also using a new buckle design that features a lever system and a friction enclosure, eliminating pins which are more commonly used. This provides greater durability and is designed to last for the life of the boot. Another big improvement is the lightweight nature of these boots and the sizing has also been made better.
