The Nexx XR1R Carbon helmet is a tri-composite: carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglass, making it extremely strong but also lightweight. This Nexx helmet is the second lightest helmet we have in our lineup at 1200-1400 grams. The eye port is large, giving a wide periphery with unimpeded vision. Packaged with the helmet are 7 to 8 pads, the ergo padding system, to custom fit the medium oval shape.
The Nexx XR1R Carbon Helmet Review:
CoolMax liners are removeable and washable. The PC Lexanshield is anti-scratch with four settings and easy locking system. With 2 inlets and 4 outlets, the helmet vents well. The ear reinforcements are double and therefore quiet and allow for the addition of a communication system. The helmet is DOT, ECE/22-05 and NBR-7471:2001 approved.
