If a tree falls in the forest, and you are riding your dirtbike through the trails at full-tilt, does that tree make a sound?
How in the world are we supposed to know? We’re on our dirtbikes and tearing through the trails like champions of the off-road. Just so long as it doesn’t impede our path, our focus is elsewhere.
The Scorpion VX-R70 Ascend Helmet is a graphical option on a helmet that thinks much the same way. The VXR-70 is all about the off road. It is designed to hit the trails hard. And it certainly isn’t of the mindset to wait around for the tree to make a sound, as it is already long gone. With the variety of colors and contrasts available in the Ascend graphic, you will be able to make the most of the high-end graphical artistry of Scorpion designers, as well as the features of the helmet itself such as a Thermodynamic Composite Technology shell and eight front air intake vents that lead to a great ventilation system that flows air throughout.

For a different take on the graphical options, check out the Scorpion VX-R70 Barstow Helmet. This helmet, like the Ascend, comes with all of the great new features of the VX-R70, yet with its own personal touch. The Barstow graphic a bit more hectic than the Ascend, and as such jars the visual cortex with its combination of contrasting colors and zig-zag lines. From the graphic itself, to the personalized fitment afforded by the AirFit internal air pump system, or the ECE / DOT dual safety rating, the Barstow helmet from Scorpion is a high-energy option for the off-road.
Scorpion VX-R70 Barstow Helmet Review:
So the answer to the age-old question of the tree in the forest is -- we have no idea. Maybe it does. Perhaps it doesn’t (it definitely does by the way). The point is, we are more concerned with the braap braap of our engine kicking up dust and dirt along the way.
Have fun out there, be safe, and as always…
Enjoy the ride,
Juice
