With the RevZilla gear experts making their way around to showroom floors at EICMA 2015, we have been keeping up with the hottest bike releases and new gear throughout the week. There have been a ton of spectacular items, premium bike builds, and all-around excitement for the motorcycle industry as a whole. One of the biggest releases of the bunch came from Schuberth this morning, as they showcased the evolution of their SR1 helmet.
With the Schuberth SR2 Helmet, riders will get all of the same podium-topping quality and sophistication that comes with a Schuberth. Not ones to rest on previous success or name recognition alone, however, the SR2 saw the design mavens at Schuberth take the lessons learned from the S1 and re-tool things in order to provide an even better overall motorcycle helmet. In putting Schuberth’s own in-house wind tunnel to use, the aerodynamics of the SR-2 are second to none and have been honed to increase stability at speed as well as internal airflow. Additional features include a more plush Coolmax interior, 2D equipped Pinlock faceshield, and an increase to 3 shell sizes of its previous 2.
