Updates. As anyone with a smartphone (which is just about everyone) knows, they are to be expected. Sometimes they make drastic changes. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they are instantly notable. Sometimes we don’t really notice what is going on behind the scenes. Regardless, they are necessary to keep us at the forefront, to keep us improving, and to keep us at the cutting edge. For the Fall of 2016, that is exactly what Alpinestars has done with the Jaws Leather Jacket.
Looking at the new Alpinestars Jaws Leather Jacket, the updates are both noticeable, and notable. From comfort feature updates such as enlarged vents and increased accordion stretch panels for better mobility, to the intricate (i.e. embroidered logos on the new vs. screened on logos with the previous version), the new Astars Jaws motorcycle jackets have kept what works, and improved what needed improvements. Simple as that. Additional feature updates to the Jaws (and to the Alpinestars Jaws Perforated Leather Jacket as well) include microfiber mesh additions to the inside collar, increased stretch paneling, and reshaped internal foam styling at the chest and back. Features that have not changed include a 1.2mm - 1.4mm cowhide outer shell, CE1 BioArmor at the shoulders and elbows, and a full-sleeve thermal liner.Alpinestars Jaws Leather Jacket Review:
Astars is not a leader in the motorcycle jacket game for no reason. They look for what can be made better. They listen for what is needed. And then they make improvements. The new Jaws Leather and Jaws Perforated Leather jackets for Fall 2016 are shining examples of that commitment in action.
