The REV’IT! Fall 2016 is all about bringing together premium motorcycle features with high-end off-the-bike fashion. With the introduction of the Women’s Metropolitan Jacket, and the Women’s Madison Ladies 2 Jeans, REVIT has made full-coverage as simple as it is stylish.
The REV’IT! Metropolitan Women’s Jacket is a parka-ish motorcycle jacket that provides waterproof insulation, with a rugged polycotton 2L outer shell and impact absorbing internal armor. Cut specifically for female riders, the REVIT Metropolitan is the type of jacket that offers a robust feature set, without calling attention to itself. It’s understated. It’s elegant. It’s the kind of jacket that would be as comfortable in a high-end winter fashion line as it is in the saddle through a cool-to-cold weather motorcycle ride. From the REV’IT Hydratex waterproof lining to the detachable thermal insulation and SEESMART CE Level-1 protectors at the elbows and shoulders, the Ladies Metropolitan motorcycle jacket really does bring a lot to the table.
REV'IT! Metropolitan Women's Jacket Review:
For the lower half, the new REV’IT! Madison 2 Women’s Jeans provide an upgrade to their predecessors in that they have made a few key improvements when it comes to fitments and features. First and foremost, the new Madison 2 Ladies denim have refined the cut of the jeans to be slightly more tapered throughout the leg and down to the ankle. At the same time, they have added to the backside coverage (with attention to coverage in the riding position), upgraded to SEESMART CE1 knee protectors, added pockets for SEESMART hip protection, and rounded it out with a raw denim finish.
REV'IT! Madison 2 Women's Jeans Review:
City commuting and around-town motorcycle riding should not be hindered by gear that requires multiple changes and unnecessary bulk. One jacket for the ride and the evening. One pair of jeans for the motorcycle and the walk. The REVIT Metropolitan Jacket and REVIT Madison 2 riding jeans offer precisely that for women riders.
Have fun out there, be safe, and as always…
Enjoy the ride,
