The Godfather Part II. Rocky II. Toy Story II. All follow-ups that more than lived up to the original. For the Fall of 2016, both the REVIT Lombard 2 and REVIT Philly 2 motorcycle riding jeans can now be added to that list.
The REV’IT! Lombard 2 Jeans are the next evolution in the line that was started by their predecessor. Mainly, the differences between the two can be seen in the way that the Lombard 2 Jeans fit (slightly more tapered), and the protective feature upgrades within. With the new Lombard 2 riding jeans, the simplicity of a motorcycle denim gets the added benefit of low-profile SEESMART CE Level-1 knee protectors, as well as pockets for the inclusion of SEESMART hip protectors (sold separately). As with the first iteration, the REVIT! Lombard 2 Jeans feature a raw denim finish with Coolmax Cordura, triple stitching, and a PWR Shield in the seat and knees that allows for almost 6 seconds of abrasion resistance.
REV'IT! Lombard 2 Jeans Review:
With the REV’IT! Philly 2 Jeans, riders get an upgrade from the original in that the most recent version increases rear waist coverage, comes with SEESMART knee armor, and a more stretch conducive construction that allows for increased mobility and general comfort. As with the original, the Philly 2 riding jeans also come with a Coolmax Cordura construction, button top with a fly zip, 6 seconds of slide time due to the PWR Shield inclusion, and 6 inches of reflective material to show inside a rolled up cuff. Much like the Lombard 2 Jeans, the new REVIT Philly 2 is all about offering riders advanced protection that is at the same time stylish and comfortable for all-day wearability both on and off of the bike.
REV'IT! Philly 2 Jeans Review:
Though Summer tends to be the time of the highly anticipated follow-ups at the box office, with the introduction of the Lombard 2 and Philly 2 riding jeans from REV’IT!, the Fall of 2016 is shaping up to make some proverbial waves of its own.
Have fun out there, be safe, and as always…
Enjoy the ride,
Juice
