The newest addition for fall 2016 are the TCX Hero WP Boots, which replace the perennial favorite X-Blend WP Boots.The biggest difference with the Hero boots that will be appreciated by anyone familiar with the X-Blend boots is the addition of a side zipper for easy entry. Now, you can use the laces to get the fit and snugness of the Hero boots just right, and then use the side zippers to get them on and off. The other new addition is the new TCX Comfort Fit System, which is an internal molding design that more closely mimics the contours of the human foot. Lastly, the insoles are removable and replaceable, and the rugged, welted sole is designed to be easily re-soled as required. The features that carry over are the TCX-proprietary waterproofing, heel, ankle and toe armor, and a heavy-duty, crush resistant sole.
