Gear made specifically for women riders is getting better every launch season. Larger selections. Better designs. More attention paid to providing gear that is as functional as it is fashionable. For the Fall 2016, Dainese has delivered a handful of new Women’s motorcycle jackets that continue to further advance the cause.

Dainese Alley D-Dry Women's Motorcycle JacketThe Dainese Alley D-Dry Women’s Jacket is a great option for lady riders who are in search of a great city, around-town, kind of jacket that packs features into a relatively low-key style. With an outer shell that has been crafted from D-Synth 220L material and laminated with the D-Dry waterproof membrane, the first line of defense against the road and the rain is hugely effective with the Alley Women’s D-Dry Jacket. Additional features of the ladies Alley D-Dry Jacket include a 4 pocket outer design, removable Pro-Armor protectors at the shoulders and elbows, a removable thermal liner and thermal hood, and the ability to upgrade with a Dainese Wave G1 back protector (sold separately).

Dainese Laguna Seca D1 D-Dry Women's Motorcycle JacketBuilt with a bit more sporty look, yet without going all-in on the MotoGP styling, the Dainese Laguna Seca D1 D-Dry Women's Jacket is a great mid-range commuter option cut specifically for female riders. The outer shell of the Ladies Laguna Seca D1 D-Dry jacket is made of a rugged D-Synth 350 fabric and backed by a breathable D-Dry waterproof membrane. Additional features of the Dainese Womens Laguna Seca D1 Jacket include microelastic elasticated inserts for increased mobility, air inlets on the sleeves and back, removable composite protectors, a removable thermal liner, and a jacket-to-pants connection zipper.

Dainese Stream Line D-Dry Women's Motorcycle JacketFinally, the Dainese Stream Line D-Dry Women’s Jacket provides exactly what would be expected from the name, but with a plethora of features that it hides well. As the most touring-related of all three Women’s motorcycle jackets on the list, the Stream Line Womens D-Dry has the cut of a more aggressive, sporty jacket, yet boasts the attributes of a long-range touring jacket. As with all of the other Dainese women’s motorcycle jackets, the Stream Line Ladies D-Dry has been crafted from the ground up to provide women riders with the best in ergonomics for performance and comfort in the saddle. Additional features of the Women’s Stream Line motorcycle jacket include a D-Synth 350 outer shell with bielastic elasticated inserts, removable composite protectors, polyurethane rigid shoulder armor, removable thermal lining, a breathable waterproof D-Dry membrane, and air vents at the chest and back.

In the end, the Fall 2016 lineup of Women’s motorcycle jackets from Dainese goes a long way in advancing the selection on the market for female riders. Whether it is the Alley, Laguna Seca, or Stream Line ladies jacket, there is something for every rider as we look ahead to another season on two wheels.

Have fun out there, be safe, and as always…

Enjoy the ride,

Juice
