The chassis of the Adventure glove is Pittards water-resistant leather. Pittards is a premium renowned leather manufacturer and their gloves are more resilient than traditional cowhide. For impact protection, the Adventure gloves utilize Poron XRD padding at the knuckles, fingers, and at the base of the palm. Poron XRD is part of the new wave of molecular-level impact protectors. Soft and flexible to the touch, this padding becomes rigid upon impact and instantly disperses and absorbs energy. The finger tips are reinforced for durability while the palm features double layers in select areas to deter wear.
Strategic corded nylon panels and fourchettes at the outer fingers work in conjunction with the perf Pittards on the top of the wrist and fingers for a high degree of airflow. The fingers also feature an outseam construction to reduce pressure points and overall fatigue in enduring rides. 3M scotchlite reflective piping guarantees visibility on these gloves while the logos on the Adventure are both embroidered and micro-injected for longevity. Lastly, the adjustable velcro closure strap ensures a snug fit while the pull tab on the palm is one of our favorite features as it provides a designated spot for pulling the glove on and off.
